Our RequirementsCooking Facility
At the present time, we do not have a main facility in which we conduct our programs. We will gladly conduct any of our culinary or nutritional programs at your facility. We offer no-bake and no-cook programs for those facilities that are unable to permit the use of a stove or hot plate due to their local Fire Department's regulations.
Maximum and Minimum ParticipantsAccomodations for each program are specific to the type of program. Certain programs are capped at a maximum number of participants due to the intensity of the subject matter being taught as well as the cost of program materials. Back to back bookings are available. Please check with us to see what dates are open.
Allergy Check List. We do require an allergy check list to be administered by the Program Coordinator that retains our services. Unfortunately, there are those rare folks who neglect to remember to mention an allergy until it is too late and therefore we would like to minimize any potential hazards. The check list will be sent once a program has been scheduled and will be sent with the contract.
Program Cancellations. Unless agreed upon prior, we require a 20% fee for any program that is cancelled with two weeks of the date of performance, including the cost of materials.
